Why did we create the community?!

Firstly, WELCOME! We are SO glad that you are here! We KNOW how important it is to surround ourselves with women who are prioritizing self care! YOU ARE WHO YOU SURROUND YOURSELF WITH right?! Seeing other women show up for their workouts, who meal prep and share recipes, who prioritize mindset and personal development while cheering other women on is PRICELESS! This community keeps all of us going! We are a community of women who root for one another and try to be our best selves each day!

4. Love YOUR self

Here are the weekly activities/celebrations to participate in! 

Motivation Monday (share anything that motivates you)

Transformation Tuesday (celebrate the small & large changes you are making)

Workout Wednesday (a fun sample workout will be posted to try!)

Thirsty Thursday (drink YO WATER!)

Flex Friday (you know the drill here! Let’s see them muscles!)

Shout out Saturday (shout out someone who keeps you motivated!) 

Meal prep Sunday (share what you are prepping for the week!

TO DO:

1. Take your before photos in tight clothing or a swimsuit, write down your weight and measurements

2. Use the chart above to write down your measurements 

3. Step on the scale and be sure to record your weight

Did you know you can get paid to get fit?! 

Learn more about how you can share your health journey while helping others AND earn an extra income to cover your supplements, groceries!

Weights

Did you know that you can have access to THOUSANDS of workouts, fitness programs, nutrition plans, recipes and support!

Thats what we do in our retreat! 

Find your meal plan 

Use your current weight to find our your calorie target. You will fall into Plan A, B, C, or D on the graph to the right.

 

You ARE expected to meal prep before we begin on Monday. This is a week to focus 100% on your wellness goals and as coaches we have learned that planning leads to success and simplifies our lives!

*****If you have never meal prepped before there are some tools to help you, keep in mind that it shouldnt take more then a hour and most of the plans are $40 or less for ALL of your meals for this week! It may seem overwhelming at first, but i promise, it gets easier!!
